Keansburg Amusement Park Begins Coaster Build
New Coaster Replaces "Wildcat" Coaster Lost to Hurricane Sandy

Keansburg, NJ - January 12, 2014 - Keansburg Amusement Park began construction on their new roller coaster today.  The new Pinfari ZL42  will offer thrill seekers a loop, turns, drops and over the edge twists for the 2014 summer season.

Keansburg Amusement Park purchased the German made Pinfari roller coaster to replace the "Wildcat" roller coaster which was heavily damaged in Hurricane Sandy.  Keansburg Amusement Park dismantled the "Wildcat" in March of 2013 to make room for the Pinfari ZL42.  The Gehlhaus family chose the Pinfari based on the company's commitment to safety coupled with exhilaration.

Added to our new wave swinger and our re-themed spook house, we plan to be at 100% for the upcoming season which starts in March," says Bill Gehlhaus, co-owner of Keansburg Amusement Park and Runaway Rapids.
